Systems Technology Division:
Provided Systems Engineering support on program concepts before they enter the commercialization phases. This included deriving technical requirements from VOC data, technical feasibility studies, customer advocate on issues of performance and cost. Also participated in or chaired several committees tasked to define best practices or standardizing practices.
Engineering Services Division:
Assignments have included development of a test breadboard to evaluate the system hardware and machine control parameters affecting the output process on a thermal sublimation printer application and evaluation of the hardware and software parameters on the printing, reliability, calibration and image quality for a photographic application.

Evaluated and characterized experimental and prototype media for a graphic arts printer. Also responsible for setting Quality Control lab for this product, setting up and standardizing testing trouble shooting procedures. One patent granted.
Electronic Photography:
Responsible for improving the magnetic head-interface during recording/playback by making the product more robust. Set up a test lab for Marketing to demonstrate printer output using customer's digital images. Also supported Marketing at various trade shows. Two patents granted.
Federal Systems:
Responsible for the design and analysis of proof-of-concept and support equipment on various contracts and proposal efforts. The work included optical test sets, assembly, alignment fixture, and subscale prime designs hardware.
