    • Systems Engineering IPT (Integrated Product Team) Lead on a classified program responsible for cost, schedule and performance metrics as well as leading other team members to develop system to meet customer’s expectations.  Participated in monthly program reviews with the customer to keep them advised of progress.  Customer satisfaction resulting high marks when awarding fee. 
    • Chaired the Independent Review Team (IRT) for ITT’s VIIRS Suite PDR

    Evaluated and characterized experimental and prototype media for a graphic arts printer.  Also responsible for setting Quality Control lab for this product, setting up and standardizing testing trouble shooting procedures. One patent granted.

     

    Electronic Photography:

    Responsible for improving the magnetic head-interface during recording/playback by making the product more robust.   Set up a test lab for Marketing to demonstrate printer output using customer's digital images.  Also supported Marketing at various trade shows. Two patents granted.

     

    Federal Systems: 

    Responsible for the design and analysis of proof-of-concept and support equipment on various contracts and proposal efforts. The work included optical test sets, assembly, alignment fixture, and subscale prime designs hardware.
