    As a ‘Shift Incharge’,

     

    • Responsible to monitor the input signal Quality from OFC Receiver and getting constant signal from Studio or MCR.
    • Operation & maintenance of the DVB equipment consisting of Encoders, Modulators, Up-Converters, Power Amplifiers, Down Converter, Multiplexer, IRD and Power Amplifiers.
    • Checking of Server log views.
    •  Operating of Antenna Control Unit, to aligning Antenna to a particular satellite with Auto tracking or manual tracking.
    • Responsible to maintain the carrier level with sufficient signal level.
    • Switching of Backup units and redundant units.
    • Maintenance of different broadcast equipments.
    • Responsible to maintenance of broadcast units and antenna for proper functioning at Teleport.
    • Troubleshooting the broadcasting Problems like weak signal, which causes signal   loss in downlink.
    • Operate and control of UPS, Isolation transformer and DG Units (3 phase units) etc.

    • Installed VSATs for OB vans of various TV Channels such as Manorama, Indian Army, Asianet, Essel shyam, AIR, indiasign, indiavision,NSTPL(noida) (Varanasi, Aurangabad, Rohtak).
    • Telemedicine Vehicles are prepared for ISRO, rural and remote locations people health& Education.

             For this project 1.8m X-c band antenna installation, cable routing from control system, link establishment,LINKSTAR  modem connected with network, supporting with HUB(edusat), up to commissioning is done.

    • 6.3m antenna installation and aligned to GSAT@ by control system at Cochin for MSS (mobile satellite system in gsat2) hub Network, to get data from remote located ships by supporting with AVANTEL SOFTECH LTD, Hyd.
    • 9.3m antenna installation, cable wiring and routing, integration of control system,NOCC testing performed at Raipur for Raipur state government wireless network HUB with support of HUGES.
    • 9.3m antenna installation, Control system integration, pattern optimization,NOCC testing performed at NOIDA Software Technology Park Limited, Noida for up linking of television channels.
    • Redundancy switching unit fixed inside hub for receive system
    • Planned and performed cable trenching (Wave guide and cabling) from control room to antenna.

     

     

    • Integrated mobile antenna unit for public health project designed by CDAC, Trivandrum.

                        VSAT installation, link established by using LINK STAR modem, conducting of conference from remote location to hospital.

    • Mobile Satellite Terminals (MSTs) are Re installion and servicing for INDIAN ARMY, Army Head Quarters, New Delhi in association of BHARTI airtel, New Delhi.
    • Mobile Satellite Terminals service (AMC) conducted ARMY camp, NAGPUR.     
    • Installation, Routing, testing of 7.5m antenna at ISTRAC, ISRO-Chandrappa circle, Bangalore. For the purpose of GPS Satellites Data collection.
    • Dismantled old one and Installed with new Control system including 4.6m antenna with proper alignment at National Disaster management System located st Siriport,New Delhi (Gregorian)
    • Was actively involved in lead role in installing various VSATs and RF antennas for various defense companies, private companies.
    • Removing of receivers, transmitters, and related equipment from old or damaged vehicles.
    • Good knowledge and experienced in RF surveying and propagation/monitoring tools. 
    • Able to climb structures for visual verification and surveys as the job may require.
