Fabrication and test all flight harnesses, heater and thermistors using general hand tools and precision test measurement equipment, such as High-Pot tester (Cirrus 1000+H), megohm meter, Valhalla Milliohm meter and digital Multimeters. Other responsibilities include managing and cross training all cable manufacturing and test technicians working on E.O-1. Other duties include interfacing with customers and engineers on technical issues and perform general management duties. Worked several projects for Goddard Space Flight Center in Surface Mount Technology, development and repair (including 25 mil ultra fine line parts). Worked as Lead harness tech on VCL-MBLA Project. Responsibilities include fabrication and development of flight harness per customer instructions.
