    Developed highly effective project documents and plans for the GRACE mission including MOUs with foreign countries (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Germany).

    Kept $500 Million space control system upgrade (SPADOC 4) in Cheyenne Mountain on cost and schedule while enhancing performance, securing new user interface, and modifying architecture to accommodate changing requirements.

    Streamlined space control operations, by planning and advocating the consolidation of the Space Defense Ops Center and the Space Surveillance Center, which increased efficiency with a 40% manning reduction.

    Skillfully master-minded long range strike packages involving as many as 190 aircraft using "winded" flight plans from Global Weather to set takeoff times from ten widely separated airbases.
