I assists the Configuration Controller and I’m responsible for the archiving, registration and distribution of Programme documents in Prisma applications performing also consistency checks on the databases so as to ensure congruence of data and ease of search to the Team. I am in charge of re-organizing all the VEGA documentation (6 projects nearly 30.000 docs.) already in DMS, in preparation of a future handover

September 2010 – February 2011: Solvit Team Intern (UnPaid) I obtained an internship at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM), Department for European Affairs ,Infringement procedures and SOLVIT ItalianSolvit Center, Rome, Italy I worked mainly with Anna Maria Villa, Giuseppina Valente and the SOLVIT Team. While performing ordinary office tasks and translations in several languages , I also supported all activities of the Italian SOLVIT centre; tackle and solve SOLVIT cases; managing on the EC SOLVIT database; reply to citizens and businesses’ Complaints (SOLVIT and NON-SOLVIT cases on several subjects as residency and visas issues, welfare and administrative issues etc).
April 2009- September 2009: Human Resources Intern I obtained an Internship within the European Commission Programme ”Erasmus Student Placement” in the Human Resources Department of the AgustaWestland, Finmeccanica, Yeovil, United Kingdom.
