    Responsibilities: Hiring, comp & benefit administration, performance management and organization, procedures design, yearly training plan execution, counseling to expats, internal communication. Focal point towards HR representative of Shareholders companies and towards external suppliers (Legal advisor, Payroll, Insurance broker, Manpower partner, Relocations services, benefit providers).
