    PROFFESIONAL EXPERIENCE - SKILLS

     

    Programme and Performance Manager (PPM): Experience as PPM/PMO in aeronautical programmes, taking an oversight of the purpose and status of the Program and supporting HoP to ensure the overall program goals are likely to be met, and providing to HoP a decision-making capacity. Monitoring and management of:

     

    • Earned Value Milestones of the programme (EVM) control and monitoring. KPIs, cost status and outlook. UP tool management.
    • Programme Statement-of-Work building up.
    • Risk / Opportunities and Risk mitigations management
    • Programme governance meetings.
    • Configuration Management overview. Full process change environment, change requests flow, ICC tool knowledge, MP, MODs etc.
    • Programme overview, maturity gates, quality gates. Preparation of Programme Dashboards and other control documents reporting HoP.
    • Aircraft Weight parameters way-of-working knowledge. Aircraft weight status and outlook.

     

    Head of Project: 8 year experience as Head of Project (3 years as assistant HoP and 5 years as HoP) in those related with aeronautical area in a construction company, developing final responsibility of technical and economical management of the Project (customer relationship, supplier and subcontractor management, procurement support, economic planning, quality support etc.).

     

    • PROJECT MANAGER: Responsible of Project from its beginning to its conclusion. Initial planning and later revisions including project actual settings. Budget analysis and final result estimation (production vs cost) and its quarterly revision.

    ILS Manager assistant:1 year experience as ILS Manager assistance in programs related with modernization of maritime patrol aircrafts (mission systems) (EADS).
