Duties: - I follow up electrical transformer set up in nuclear power stations project together with french customer. I’m fully independant and standalone to represent my employer by my customer facilities and management structure.
Starting with technical documentation issueing and validation, I'm also responsible to support the overall equipment installation interfacing with french regulatory bodies.
My main duty was the safety plan issueing(Analyse de risques Sécurité, environnement disponibilité), and then the testing documentation redesign to overcome problems which occurred during previous installation. Both objectives were met, so that I became the technical representative.

I manage the 5 technical managers in terms of Quality Assurance & Safety policy. My PA team is composed of a configuration management officier and 2 Quality Engineers.
Later I was part of the organisation, managing Quality Assurance, as self employed.
7· Stork Digital Imaging

Position: Technical support responsible to support the french speaking customers and managing the local engineers staff. I was the technical expert responsible for the 2nd line engineering support : It meant the expertise when the on site engineer was fixing the digital proofer, mixing electronic, mechanical,
networking or software expertise
Duties: - I was calling back customers facing issues(I.e. Inconsistent colour matching, wrong eyeone TM colour reading, missing colour jets, file not readable, Electronic failure, software error,... Mostly colour matching linked with an ink anomaly) with their digital proofer which couldn't already be solved by the first line technical support.

Duties: - Launch and operate a new company selling corporate businesses subcontractors quality audits according to various referential, such as ISO, EFQM methodology, and Good Manufacturing practices(Pharmaceutical).
I was fulfilling according to my customers request all over Europe. Outcome of this work was an audit report, listing anomalies or questions, I was to follow up with the supplier.

Duties: - We set up from naught the organisation. Our objective was to meet shareholders goal, with less employees, but subcontractors and expatriate workers.
- I detail managers organisation to build , so that we meet targets, according plan.
- Intranet quality system, Corporate Documentation Process workshop expert.
- Safety clean up project: Assuring every BTS site was built up according to our documentation requirement, itself in line with regulatory ones (ARBO).
DEMONSTRATED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Reduction of the number of open non conformances in the estec test centre
Working for the ESA test centre where the number of open non conformances remained too high, we helped together with managing director technical managers to list all actions enabling them to close one by one these NCRs. This was achieved thanks to bi weekly meeting when I was supervising technical managers, reviewing for each NCR the list of planned actions, updating their status according to this reporting . From a total remaining above 100 for years it was reduced to 20.
Site safety acceptance process design
I described this process belonging to DUTCHTONE BTS roll out one. As well it had to cope with DUTCH regulations about working environment. (ARBOWET).
I successfully designed a process satisfying DUTCHTONE employees, DUTCHTONE subcontractors, and DUTCH safety regulation. I enforced it, assuring it was systematically applied on site, having it checked step by step, getting recordings it was.
Process design engineering
I was responsible for COGEMA to design a comprehensive nuclear material ledger marking process. After listening to process description users, I defined with them process description requirements. I proposed COGEMA CFO to change from unique descriptive textual process description to a dual level process description:
High level => Flowcharts Low level => Flowcharts and texts
Subcontractors Quality audits according to GMP referential
Working as CHECKED QUALITY AUDITS director, I sell my customers, international pharmaceutical laboratories quality audits of their European subcontractors according to the Good Manufacturing Practices referential.
International Project Management
From a given objective, I draft the project plan, assuring deliverables fulfilment in due For each milestone, I identify machinery and manpower needs to execute them. I sum it up through the project actions plan for every contractor.
I send requests for quotation to these possible subcontractors embedding the actions list. Once the best ones will have been selected, I order and arrange with them a detailed planning Day per day action per action.
