I have been working as an Aerospace technician, and quality assurance inspector, for over 20 years on the Space Shuttle Orbiters. My work includes repairing, removing and replacing a wide range of highly critical thermal composite materials, as well as mechanical, on flight vehicles. My work experience has provided me with a lot of tools that could be beneficial to your organization, During my employment at Lockheed, Lockheed Martin, and United Space Alliance, I have received several performance awards both as a thermal technician and quality mechanical inspector, for going above and beyond. I have learned a great deal about high quality workmanship, and completing the task on time. I have held a wide range of Security Clearances including Secret Security Clearance issued by the Department of Defense.

Loaned out to Mechanical Solid Rocket Booster Assembly & Refurbishment Facility, for Aft Skirt modification from Shuttle to ARES. Responsible for Quality Assurance of mechanical build of machined parts, and installation, to include inspection and installation of design parts. Obtained and maintains all required mechanical certifications, safety requirements, etc., necessary by the company and customer.
February 2004 – October 2010 UNITED SPACE ALLIANCE, KSC, FLORIDA
Inspector Aerospace Sr. responsible for being performing inspection of composite-type materials, laboratory equipment, goods for flight, associated hardware, systems, sub-systems or components during fabrication, installation, assembly, testing, modification or repair. Ensures the identification, development and implementation of quality assurance technology for use in analysis and methodology. Obtains and maintains certifications, safety requirements, etc., deemed necessary by the company and customer.

Thermal Protection System Technician Specialist responsible for installing, removing and repairing orbiter tile, FIB blankets, and FRSI.

Contractors for Time Warner Cable responsible for the recovery and collections department for past bills, box recoveries and new sales and service.

Shingle Installer. Promoted to Foreman.
Duties included determining materials required, cost of job, and overseeing complete job from start to finish. Made sure of clean up and follow-up with customer to assure satisfaction. Owner retired so I left.
