    In DVB-SH systems, mobile terminals can received either a signal from a broadcasting satellite or a signal from a terrestrial repeater. These two signals are not combined at the mobile receiver.     “Exploiting spatial degrees of freedom for transmission over wireless channels”             The objective of this thesis was to study the advantages of using multiple antennas and the multi-use diversity on the wireless systems, with emphasis on flat and fast fading channels.
