    • Coordinated daily space operations activities with military and civilian resources.
    • Developed methods for optimizing satellite and control station mission capabilities by creating new procedures for effective processing, logging, and tracking scheduled requests that simplified the allocation of limited satellite resources.

     

    Ground Communications Network Operator for the Global Positioning Satellite System (GPS)

    • Performed system administration role for GPS communications while tasked with technical reconfiguration of the AFSCN (Air Force Satellite Control Network).
    • Managed and operated a digital communication network and remote hardware on a 24/7 schedule. 
    • Planned and coordinated emergency and scheduled transfers of satellite mission control operations to back-up facility in Washington, DC. 
    • Developed and implemented new procedures to support design, prototyping, and production phases of the U.S. Nuclear -- Detonation Detection System Integrated Correlation and Display System for the Air Force Technical Application Center.
