    Recently i have been part of Launch Base MVE training. I have performed all the critical operations including fueled S/C moves, Load ring cals prior to fueling, Auth Doc sign offs, launch base critical clearences, e.t.c. keeping direct contact with S/C and launch base managers to meet the S/C goals and Schedules on daily basis. Involved in resolving in the implementation of all lessons learned to improve the overall efficiency and success of swing shift mechanical integration. Maintained good organization and discipline in maintaining flight hardware on the floor. Lead the Hi-bay floor as a test conductor for the past three years, through strict adherence to all MPI's, procedures and ASI's. Involved with the implementation of new procedural guidelines in spacecraft handling and MPI processes to improve efficiency and schedule adherence. Assisted in the implementation of new standards and FlexSys reports to make the transition of information between the MVE's, Supervisors, and Mechanics as smooth as possible. I have also been at the forefront of noticing and correcting errors in all of our FlexSys logs, task and accomplishments, Unit installation, and DSC Checks. Communicating with S/C managers, S/C MVE's and other ENG to accomplish the S/C goals on daily basis. Performed MPI's training as an "instructor" with group of day shift and swing shift leads and technicians to provide an updated information, redlines and changes, so they can understand and follow the correct process to accomplish their tasks.
