· Responsible for the GNNS performance and data analysis team in AENA. · Definition, deployment, maintenance and management of a complete GNSS laboratory including the definition of all the necessary tools, receivers and equipment, coordination and training of the staff and the report to different authorities. · Responsible for the activities aimed to update the GNSS network in Spain with 4 new stations in different airports. · Data analysis of different receivers (laboratory and certified) to report GNSS Performances in Spain (EGNOS Weekly reports, GPS Monthly reports). Knowledge of the applicable standards. · Coordination and installation of a network of GPS-L1 Interference system. Report and analysis of the results in a monthly basis. · Development of different tools for EGNOS and GPS performances studies or GPS interference and scintillation detection. · Development of the GPS and EGNOS performance monitoring policy for PBN (Performance Based Navigation) implementation in Spain. · Support in the activities for the implantation of PBN in Spanish airports (Santander, Almería, Vigo, San Sebastian…). Design and execution of different ground and flight test. Analysis and report of the procedure flyability and GNSS performance to the Spanish Authority. · Experience with all kind of analyses of Ground Based Augmentation Systems (GBAS), ground validation to support the system certification in Malaga airport as one of the first GBAS Cat I station in the world. It includes performances reports, flight and ground test campaigns, GBAS station operation, etc... · Collaboration and participation in different SESAR programs related to GNSS (6.8.5, 15.3.4, and 15.3.6), European or international programs as GIANT or FILLGAPP or different international groups. · Requirement definitions and tests for different GNSS Software and Hardware (GBAS Coverage simulator, GNSS Portable monitoring, GPS Interference Monitoring, EGNOS Fault free receiver, Flight Validation Software, EGNOS messages decoder, RIMS Data Collection tool). · Definition, implantation and maintenance of a FTP service with GNSS data (RINEX Observation, and Navigation and SBAS messages) of the EGNOS RIMS stations provided by EDAS. · Support in the EGNOS Ground System Operations (MCC and NLES). |
