    • Set configuration and supervision of ground control means (Control Center, Satellite and ground station network) and participates in the LEOP.
    • Monitoring the behavior of the satellite through the telemetry in real time and deferred (monitoring and analysis over time).
    • Control and supervises operational proceedings. Trace all events and actions related to monitoring of the satellite, including the Ground Systems.

    • Implementation of corrective procedures or reconfiguration of the first level in case of control anomalies..

    • Preparation and implementation of specific procedures and interface with the Payload Control Center.
