    I am a Ph.D holder with all technical qualifications and experience in resource management, environment monitoring and infrastructure planning. I have 24 years of experience in technology applications for development planning. I have conducted several capacity building programmes during my service carrier for technocrats, decision makers, professionals and project team members.
