    ·         Reporting to the Purchasing Director for the satellite’s Platform of the Iridium-NEXT constellation Program (81 satellites), ensuring i) the suitability of the resources from the supplier market to the demand from the internal users, ii) the risk management, iii) and the optimization of the procurement mix for the internal users.
    ·         Permanent interface between Buyers and the Program Managers.
    ·         Satellite bid manager for the purchased equipment of the platform.
    ·         Coordinating a purchasing team of 20 procurement officers with the Program’s instructions.
    ·         Responsible for the organization of the Purchase Vet meetings for all the suppliers’ proposals.
    ·         Responsible for the consolidation of the Purchasing financial proposals and coordinating the own share of the different purchasing Segments.
    ·         Contract officer of the main Program’s partner (Orbital Sciences Corp.) for the satellites integration in USA until launch (> 100M$).

    ·         Manager for an average multidisciplinary team of 2 to 4 purchasers. Definition of the purchasing strategy and management for the contracting and procurement of all the satellite platform and ground structures, mechanisms, harnesses and thermal control equipment. Focal point with all the Programs and Anticipations covering France & Italy.
    ·         Negotiation of the contractual terms and conditions, involving lawyers and export control experts, always looking for improvement of both performances and maturity of the Customer’s needs.
    ·         Negotiation and implementation of the first Long Term Agreements for mechanisms (MOOG, RUAG) leading to significant cost saving.
    ·         Purchasing manager for the Gokturk program “AIT Center” suppliers’ subcontract implementation.

     

    ·         Definition of road-map and strategy in my purchasing segment in order to optimize the panel of suppliers, either by securing with new entrance more competitive or by single sourcing thanks to the volume.
