    * Established program baseline for follow-on contract without impacting on-going program performance through selective assignment of tasks to team, consolidation of discrete schedules and development of staffing plans and budgets.
    * Accomplished Integrated Baseline Review with rare occurrence of no residual actions by demonstrating to Prime Contractor/Government customer’s proficient leadership to meet schedule and budget requirements; received special recognition of accomplishment from executive leadership.
