Summary of my Experience and Skills
At the end of my studies I have a DEGREE in Electronic Engineering (Telecommunications) in October 2004, I started looking for job and in July 2005 I was hired by Antech SpA first with a project contract (for 12 months) and then for indefinitely time. In Antech have grown professionally, I improved my English and now is at good level, I met and learned a lot in the world of industrial job and not Italian and foreigner having among other things Antech customers throughout Europe and also with experiences in Africa (Senegal, Ethiopia, Congo, etc.), I traveled a lot for job in Italy and abroad (Portugal, Ukraine, Germany, Holland, Croatia, Ethiopia, etc.) so I am used to it.
My role was from the beginning "Commercial Systems Engineer" since Antech sought a technical figure to be entrusted with the management of customers and orders from the commercial point of view for the preparation of tenders technical / commercial, until the delivery of the systems/services and subsequent activities after sales/warranty with the goal of customer loyalty.
Clearly, first I have been entrusted to small customers (local TV, Service audio / video, etc.) and also the management and organization of trade fairs/exhibition (IBC in Holland, the SAT Expo and SMAU in Italy) in which the company has participated from 2005 to 2009; then, over the years my level of knowledge and commercial skills have grown and I was also the interface on big commercial projects with: Eumetsat, CET Teleport, Telespazio, Selex ES, Vitrociset, etc. or the person in charge of procurement of national and international tender to which the company has participated intertwining relationships and knowledge among others with: ESA - European Space Agency or Thales Alenia Space (in Italy and France).
Contact with these great actually made me grow professionally and I have a lot I had contacts with many national and international suppliers, I’m able to do the internet scouting for products related to telecommunications systems that are going to propose, and today I’m able to respond to requests for quotations from all over the world by negotiating solutions and prices or preparing, at the system level, including the technical proposal, the matrix of conformity and all the necessary documentation for participation in tenders, using all the important tools Microsoft (word, excel, power point, project, etc.), e-mail and internet.
The main projects in which they starred in the management of the customer and / or the order were:
In 2008 - Customer: SELEX ES - Work: Creation of a mobile satellite system with wi-fi on board for control of the territory to the Italian Ministry of Defence (Carabinieri)
In 2009 - Customer: TELESPAZIO - Work: Construction of 2/2 for mobile satellite services, TV contribution Satellite type HD Broadcast
In 2010 - Customer: BuCET / EUMETSAT - Work: 13mt Antenna in L/S band complete with de-icing system, for remote monitoring of satellite "Meteosat" this earth station was installed in Usingen (Germany)
In 2011 - Customer: CET Teleport GmbH - Work: Refurbishment activities on all the antennas of the teleport, with particular reference to 3 - 15mt antennas realized in the late '80s, which have been fully restored to working with innovative technical solutions.
Then in the last few years, the general economic crisis, has reduced a lot orders and business opportunities for Antech and for 10 months, from January 2013 to October 2013, I was involved with a project contract by my former professor of the University for make the “sales manager” of a Sicilian startup company (MTI Srl) in the world of Unified Communications, the company has developed a IP PBX based on asterisk (X-Voice) and I was assigned the management of customers and SMEs Sicilian and Italian for basically sell these new solutions.
In November 2013, I was called back by the managing director of Antech (Dott. Giulio Delitala) always with a project contract, which I wanted me again in his team and in addition to commercial tasks already covered previously entrusted me with the commercial management of all customers who have a VSAT service contract around Italy with Antech and commercial management up to the recovery of the company Medisat Srl, which has always occupied the "services" of satellite communication related to products and systems of Antech.
Today, in 2015, are always in search of new working adventures with great humility and availability to learn new things also on the global labor market in which some of the world of Telecommunications is to tip and higher margins.
