    Manager of more than 17 Project Teams (up to 35 people), I ensured :

    l   Coordination of activities in a multicultural environment (Europe, Asia, USA) and multi-disciplinary (research, development, test, sw, quality, marketing, logistic, manufacturing, subcontracting) from the design phase to the production in volume, to satisfy the customers (schedule, quality) within the respect of new Philips/NXP/IDT Management standards (CMMI2, PRINCE2-like),

     

    l   Creation and control of Management Plans: R&D Budgets (~18M$), schedule (from 1 to 3 years),  Resources Management and Risks Analyzing & Mitigation plans,

    l   Keeping in confidence of the customers in emergency by the fast implementation of task forces with associated corrective actions plans,

    l   Driving weekly Project Review Meetings (analyze-solution-decision-action) with the summarized reporting in front of the Management Team,

    l   Driving strategic & state-of-the-art Programs such as the 1st generation of the smallest Tuner fully integrated on silicon and new High Speed ADC/DAC Platforms (>94 product references).

     

    I took an active part in the improvement of development methodologies (data-processing tools, dashboards, development guidelines, optimization of Philips-NXP-IDT Management standards).

    (Systems and equipments for Aeronautics & Defense Telecoms (Telemetry, Transmission, Video monitoring) for various air mobiles (aircrafts, missiles, space launchers, satellites).

    At the head of Project Teams (5 to 10 people), I ensured :

    l   Creation of technical and financial proposals,

    l   Successful technical-commercial negotiations with the customers and the subcontractors (knowledge of the markets export),

    l   1 turnkey system for remote-controlled  neutralization of missiles (including civil engineering) for Italy.
