    -Authorized to personally engineer more than 125 multi-use personnel recovery kits, strengthening 450 aircrew members’ survivability in austere locations throughout the world. Developed lesson plans (i.e., PowerPoint, training aids, and a feedback system) and delivery methods to ensure proper utilization using multiple instructional design models.

    -Developed first ever AF Office of Special Investigation counter-terrorism personnel recovery standard operating procedures for 29 agents. Used as baseline for future missions and deployable units.

    -Single-handedly managed SERE program 50% below required manning, still guaranteeing 100% combat-ready status of 1,600 flying members directly supporting U.S. national leaders, congressional and cabinet members.

    -Authored first ever 89 Air Wing SERE program Operating Instructions, defining and establishing processes to enhance overall training and support, cutting redundancy and excessive training requirements by 30% and freeing 190 work hours annually. 

    -Facilitated working agreement with Prince George’s County Sports and Learning Complex to utilize training facilities, saved unit $5k annually in membership fees.

    -Provided personnel recovery policies and special instructions guidance, while assisting in watch, controller, and reintegration duties. Directly engaged in 10 personnel recovery missions, ensuring the safe return of 34 military members and four heroes.

    -Managed $750k worth of AF equipment and $1.2 million facilities, identified more than 2,500 lbs. of damaged and expired hazardous equipment.

    -Chaired agreement utilizing contractor survival equipment/life rafts, saving unit $25k annually on replacement costs and repairs.
