    Including my PhD studies, I have over 10 years of experience in several spectroscopic techniques from the UV to IR, with a variety of applications to atmospheric chemistry, astrobiology and forensics/security. Spectrometry mastering includes thermal lensing, photoacoustic, and time-of-flight mass spectrometry (TOF/MS)

    Hand-on experimental setups

    I have acquired expertise in assembling, tuning, operating and troubleshooting high and ultra-high vacuum and cryogenic systems. In order to carry out some laser spectroscopic studies, I have designed instrumentation comprising the integration of commercially and customized elements. Additionally, I have incorporated commercially-manufactured spectrophotometers to perform studies under extreme experimental conditions.

    Theoretical modelling and IT skills

    Since the beginning of my career, I have been working with electronic structure calculations using the Gaussian, Inc. software, and other software packages. I have also developed analytical models of photochemical reactions.

    Data analysis and interpretation

    During my entire career, I have become proficient at handling and analyzing datasets from quantitative-structure relationship and from experimentally measured properties of materials at both, general mainstream and detailed levels.

    Preparation of comprehensive and accurate reports

    I have presented the results of my work in articles in leading science journals, as well as orally in a range of environments, from major to international conferences to general audience talks.
