Implementation of a conceptual design tool in CAD. 2D geometries generation using given design parameters. Bezier’s curves parametrization.
Ram Air Turbine (RAT) Modeling Optimization:
Optimization of aerodynamics performance under weights constraints of the RAT. Work in a team of researchers to respond to the stakeholder’s needs (Labinal Power Systems) through weekly meetings and objectives. Modeling of the mechanical components of the RAT in Python and implement them in the code to size and scale the RAT depending on the requirements.
Methods Engineer Intern - Snecma - 2015
Studies on the implantation of a pulse line for the LEAP engine’s fan.
Selection of the tooling machines, modification of the assembly procedures and standardization of the assembly stations. Communication with the different departments working on the LEAP’s fan.
Infusing new technologies in the CFM56 engine assembly line (RFID technology, servo control screw gun).
Conduct analysis on the impact of the new technologies in the production line and find solutions to implement the technologies. Communication campaign with the operators of the production line.
Tools design to support the assembly line.
Collect requirements from the operators, prototyping in CAD and printed in 3D. Presentation of the technical solutions to the managers with recommendations to implement them from engineering drawings and prototypes.
