Actively contributed on problem investigation and identification of solutions, improvement of the Maintenance Manual for the technicians and assessment of good understand from the subcontractors
Significant contribution in technical aspects of “Galileo Logistic Study” for the “Galileo Integrated Logistics Center” (GILSC). Identification of a cost-effective solutions by “Case Studies” for the Spare Management during GSOp framework contract and the project lifecycle
Development and implementation of “Preventive Maintenance Plan” for Remote Sites which led an important improvement in the efficiency of Galileo Ground Segment and the service provided (30% decrease in system failures during the last 2 years)
Definition of Remote Sites operation/maintenance reports to guarantee the required level of information details to be used by the agreed KPI and hence provided the required operation performance assessment with the outcome of a continuous improvement in the accomplishment of Project Management objectives
