İMECE Project of Tübitak UZAY for Ministry of Development (as Project Manager) in 2014-2016
İMECE is a satellite subsystems development R&D project that is funded by Ministry of Development and coordinated with Ministry of Defence. İMECE is a 5 year project, including development of new technologies for satellite subsystems, producing the components, completing the Design Review, On-Earth acceptances and component deliveries. +100 researchers are working on this project, and the budget of this project is announced as 100MTLs in Annual Development Plan.

Balistika Project of Tübitak UZAY for Saudi Arabia (as Project Manager) in 2013-2014
BALİSTİKA is a Forensic system that was developed first for the Turkish Police in order to recognize and classify cartridge case and bullets. This project is implemented in Turkish Police and afterwards with a contract implemented to Saudi Arabia Forensic laboratuaries. In Dec.2013 acceptance was completed and warranty period started during my assignment as Project Manager.
I was responsible from the all success measures of this project from budget to schedule and the quality of the deliverables.
Site Sharing Project of Vodafone (as Project Executer) in 2011 ~100 shared sites
Vodafone, Turkcell and Avea are collobarating for special cases and sharing same infrastructure in some base stations. As Project Executer, I was responsible for coordination of other operators and our own regional staff for sharing the infrastructe. We are reporting to both our internal financial departments and Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK)
I was responsible from the coordination of the shared sites for Vodafone.
Acceptance Completion of Huawei’s Vodafone 3G Project (as Acceptance Responsible) in 2010 ~50 M Euro worth
Within Huawei Project Control Team, I was responsible for the acceptance process. We have to coordinate with the regional technical teams, customer regional teams and complete the physical acceptance; then complete the internal financial claim reports and hand-shake with the customer HQ for the approval of invoices.

KKTC Telsim 3G Project (as Project Manager) in 2010
During Vodafone 3G Project Acceptances, I was also assigned as Project Manager for KKTC Telsim 3G Project. 150 base stations were installed and accepted within 1 year during the main Vodafone Turkey 3G Project (which has ~1500 stations)
