As a Polymer researcher I have a broad experience over 10 years in synthesis and characterization of organic and polymeric materials. My biggest strength is the ability to understand the structure- properties-applications relationship of polymers. I have profound experience in the characterization of materials such as adhesives, coatings, polymer composites. Through years of experience, I have gained expertise in application validation and failure analysis of non-metallic materials.
I have shown a problem solving oriented mind set and have ability to ask right questions. I have planned, executed and managed multidisciplinary research projects. On many occasions, I have worked independently as well as in interdisciplinary teams/collaborations for the projects.
I am looking for a new opportunity related to product/process/application development.
