The entire team is geographically separated throughout multiple time zones (8+ hours difference) and continents.
Responsible for the financial performance ($118M+ yearly revenue at high point), assessment, and projection of the program management baseline. Instituted controls and processes to ensure repeatable monthly assessments and accountability.
