    The Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) is responsible for intelligence gathering, analysis and dissemination among the Security Services in Nigeria. It also interacts with the various embassies and international organizations domicile in Nigeria.

    Superintending over procurement issues as requested by departments, and the Agency as a whole when directed by the CDI and upon his approval.

    Vetting of contractors’ papers and estimates for jobs quoted for ad forwarding same to the Chief of Defence Intelligence for approval and award in liaison with the Tender’s Board as appropriate.

    General administration of all the activities of the Directorate including approval for leaves and passes.

    Regular weekly meetings with Key Senior Staff of the Directorate.

    Regular monthly meetings with all staff of the Logistics Department.

    Advising the Chief of Defence Intelligence on all matters of Logistics concern including attendance in the meeting of all Directors with the Chief of Defence Intelligence.

     

    Deputy Chief | Defence Space Administration, Nigeria.           October 2014 - July 2016

    The Defence Space Administration (DSA) is responsible for facilitating and implementing the Defence and Security aspect of the National Space Policy of Nigeria and developing and operating Military Space Technologies. They also support Nigerian Military Operations both within and outside the country as well as Security Agencies responsible for internal security through the use of satellites.

    Establishment of organisational structures and definition of duties to officers in the administration.

    Carrying out day to day supervision of staff officers in the administration.

    Deputy Director Information Communication Technology | Naval Headquarters, Abuja.             January 2014 - September 2014

    The Naval Headquarters is responsible for the Defence of Nigerian Maritime Territory. I was in charge of operations of Nigerian Navy Wide Area Network Infrastructures and Maritime Domain Awareness facilities. I also administered and maintained the Nigerian Navy Website.

    The Defence Headquarters is the joint services headquarters that coordinate the operation of the Nigerian Navy, Army and Air-force. I was in charge of Space Applications and liaised between the Nigerian Armed Forces and the National Space Research and Development Agency.
