Responsible for the Development, Commissioning, Start-up, Production and Quality of a functional coatings section of gold and nickel, under the technical and quality requirements of the DASS (Defensive Aids Sub-System) Program of INDRA SISTEMAS (Defense, Aeronautics and Space Sector). Surface treatments of high geometrical complexity pieces of aluminum and copper alloys, for radiofrequency microelectronic equipment.
Development: Study and technical assessment of the entire process, including among others the theoretical foundations, equipment, reagents, materials, most suitable electrochemical / chemical techniques and control systems for healthy, safety and environment.
Commissioning and Production: Preparation of technical documentation; Design of frames and tools; Development of strategies for the control and maintenance of the operational parameters; Application of Lean Manufacturing philosophies for the continuous improvement of the process; Identification and management of all the incidents associated to the productive process; Management, supervision and coordination of the human team and resources.
Quality: Design and development of quality certificates for the final product; Continuous monitoring of compliance with the technical requirements required by MIL, ASTM, ISO and Internal Instructions standards; Introduction of the section within the ISO 9001 and 9100 system.

-Evaluation of the effectiveness of the inhibitors contained in the primers through the characterization of corrosion products with non-destructive analysis techniques.
-Design, perform and implementation of non-standard tests of accelerated ageing tests, in order to reproduce an ageing media that may be representative of the environment that the materials have to withstand during aircraft service life environments.
