    Performing ground based and on-orbit calibration of the payload.

    Pipeline processing of huge volumes of payload data and performing Geant4 simulations. Performing subsystem level and spacecraft level environmental tests on payload.

    Developing ’C’ language based data analysis and verification software

    Coordinating the project with various research organizations like VSSC, IUCAA, ISAC, ISITE, ISTRAC, SDSC, ISSDC, PRL and presenting the results in different forums.

    Achievements: AstroSat is a multi-wavelength astronomy mission on an IRS-class satellite

    in a 650-km, near-equatorial orbit. It was launched by the Indian launch vehicle PSLV from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota on September 28, 2015. The switch ON operations of its first payload CZTI were successfully carried out.

    The On-board payload software was modified successfully and was uploaded post launch. The payload data analysis software was successfully used to generate science products.

    Role Performed Operation and maintenance activities of Operational Support System (OSS) software for Provisioning, Network Management, Inventory Management and Fault Management for BSNL tele-communication services.

    Administered Clarity Application server, Oracle Load balancing server, Oracle Database server, Clarity Real time activation server, JBoss Enterprise application platform server, C-DOT application and network management servers.

    Used data from the monitoring system and analyzed equipment operating trends to develop preventive maintenance programs.

    Achievements : System availability at the BSNL data center was maintained at 99.9 percent as compared to an average of below 97 percent availability earlier.

    Successfully implemented Disaster Recovery (DR) system which ensures the recovery of failed business processes when a data center is lost from service.
