    Mar 2018-Feb 2019                  Design of a Pulsed Plasma Thruster for CubeSats

       As a thesis intern in Sitael Spa Pisa, I did a preliminary design of a micro pulsed plasma thruster for a CubeSat and developed data interpretation methods to calculate thrust of PPT using the ballistic thrust balance. 

    Sep 2016-May 2017                  Feasibility Study of a GEO Satellite’s On-Orbit Servicing Mission

    The aim of the project was to study a feasible on-orbit service strategy for a commercial geo satellite life extension. There are two servicing strategies one is tug service and other is refuelling. My role in the project was to design the structural components for the mission; for which I used CATIA V5, and to estimate the cost budget for the mission.

    Mar 2017-May 2017                 Preliminary Design and Analysis of a Satellite Solar Panel

    The project is mainly related to a course during masters: Spacecraft structures and mechanism. ISS Zvezda module solar panel was taken as reference. My role was to design a solar panel hinge and yoke assembly and to perform modal, structural and thermal analysis for which I used CATIA V5 and Ansys 18.1.

    Oct 2013-May 2014                   Study of Aerodynamic Characteristics of Anti-Tank Guided Missile up to high angle of attack.

    This project carried out in BDL: India’s one of the manufacturers of ammunition and missile systems. MILAN & NAG were the two anti-tank guided missiles, taken for the study, at a different angle of attacks. they are often useful in land warfare against enemy forces. I lead my team successfully and obtained good results.

    Jan 2013- April 2013                  Design of Axial Flow Compressor.

    The main objective in this project was modelling and assembling of the axial flow compressor by using CATIA V5.
