As an independent HR consultant, I supervise and advise different groups / companies (mostly directly in the respective HR departments) in the field of recruiting, HR processes and HR administration. The contact persons are usually the managers on the IT and / or personnel side.
The focus is on technical positions in a wide range (IT, Telco, software, engineering, IT architecture, etc.).
In doing so, I also accompany larger recruiting projects with well-known clients on site - such as at the KfW Bankengruppe in Frankfurt, in the environment of the European Space Agency ESA in Darmstadt or the German Aerospace Center (DLR) near Munich.

2006 – 2008 Human Resources Officer, Telespazio Deutschland GmbH
Telespazio (a Finmeccanica / Thales joint venture) is the leading satellite service provider in Europe and operates for all known space agencies (ESA, DLR, EUMETSAT).
My responsibilities included all personnel work for the two German sites (130 employees - Darmstadt and Munich). In detail this is:
- Recruiting (ca. 70%)
- Personell development / trainings
- Personal care (relocation, interface to the works council, payroll etc.)
- Personell marketing (participation in trade fairs, advertising and media)
In this capacity I reported directly to the Managing Director Germany.
1995 – 2006 Area Manager Personalvermittlung, ADP GmbH and Partner-Consultant, Schuler & Partner
ADP / Schuler & Partner is a human resources service group that has been focusing on IT / telecommunications and banking for more than 20 years. The offer consists of the areas:
- Personnel Consulting / Recruitment
- advertising service and IT project work (temporary employment)
- Remuneration advice / personnel development
- Outplacement / Career Advice as well
- Mergers & Aquisitions.
When I joined the group, I initially set up the "Personnel Brokerage" business unit completely and introduced it to the market.
As of 1999, in addition to my work at ADP, I also carried out independent, complete consulting projects within the sister company Schuler & Partner. In the spring of 2002 I was appointed partner.
1989 – 1995 Marketing-Manager, Institute for International Research
The Institute for International Research (IIR) is the world leader in commercial seminars, conferences, conventions and trade fairs.
I have helped build the German office since the end of 1989 (parallel to civil service and studies). In the first year there were 10 employees in the company, when I left in April 1995 there were over 100 people.
After positions in the areas of "Customer Service", Office Management (including Human Resources) and "IT", in 1993 I was entrusted with responsibility for the marketing activities of the "IT / TK" division, which I held until my departure.
1987 – 1989 Clerk, VEBEG GmbH
The VEBEG is a federal trust company, which is predominantly assets of the public sector. After successfully completing my training, I am within the Frankfurter Training Association changed to VEBEG. Essentially, I was there in the departments order processing, marketing and sales active (see certificate). After completing my civil service, I left the company.
