    High School degree at the 16th Technical and Industrial State Institute in Rome in electronics with maximum degree (60 of 60).

    From June 1985 to October 1987 employed by SIEMENS S.p.A. in Rome as electronic technician for the installation, testing and client's instruction on complex electro-medical devices (computer tomography and nuclear magnetic resonance).

    From October 1987 to June 1988 employed by SIP S.p.A. (Italian telephone company) in Rome as technician of the Group for Reorganization of Telecommunications.

    Atlantic Bird 1, as Satellite P.A. manager I was involved in the test campaign in Toulouse and in the launch campaign in Kourou, the customer was Eutelsat
