    Ken has, since 1976, been involved in all aspects of operational simulator development. His experience spans development of subsystem models, to project management of medium- to large-scale projects.

    In 1994 he founded Headway Consultancy Ltd to provide consultancy to the Space, Defence and commercial markets, specialising in re-use and extended use of simulations to manage development costs and support the procurement process of large systems.

    In 2011 he founded Mio Simulations to continue to provide Simulations Consultancy to the UK and European Space Industries.

    Delivery Manager for a large system development (c. £25M) for a 2000 seat 24/7 call-centre for the retail sector. Responsible for the scheduling and content of deliveries, liaison with the business and co-ordination within the development team which consisted of over 100 engineers.

    Consultant for the Project and Technical Management of a high capacity emergency notification system to be operated by an Application Service Provider.
