    RENESANS project:

    The constructor of the engineering qualification model of the UV-Sat satellite, which will be used for distant stars observation – mechanical configuration, detailed design of the structure, strength and stiffness verification, preparation of the technical documentation, support in parts and components orders preparations, support in structural tests. The project is successfully completed.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Establishing the mechanical configuration of the entire satellite.

    Preparation of the technical documentation according to the ECSS-E-ST-32C.

    Supporting system engineers in establishing requirements and verification methods according to the V-diagram.

    Preparing the 3D model in the CAD software.

    Performing mechanical simulations: static, modal, harmonic response, random vibrations, and thermoelastic.

    Calculations of the safety margins of structural parts and threaded joints according to the ECSS-E-HB-32-23A.

    Preparation of manufacturing and assembly drawings of the satellite.

    Supporting orders from subcontractors, consultancies with technologists.

    Participation in incoming inspections of manufactured parts.

    Supporting preparations of structural tests procedures and during tests themselves.

     

    EAGLE EYE project:

    The lead mechanical engineer of the flight Earth observation micro-satellite, responsible for the entire mechanical part of the project and delivery of the platform. Supporting other constructors from the project in the mechanical branch. Managing a team of several mechanical engineers, working on the requirements, task managing and schedules relevant to a mechanical part of the project. The project is after PDR phase and is being prepared to the MAIT phase.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Establishing the mechanical configuration of the entire satellite.

    Managing the construction activities with mechanical engineers from other companies.

    Preparation of the project documentation according to the ECSS.

    Establishing requirements and verification methods according to the V-diagram.

    Preparing the 3D model in the CAD software.

    Performing mechanical simulations: static, modal, harmonic response, random vibrations, and thermoelastic.

     

    POLON project:

    The lead mechanical engineer of the engineering qualification model of the micro-satellite platform equipped with the chemical propulsion, designed in cooperation with another company. The project is currently before the PDR phase.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Preparing the 3D model in the CAD software with cooperation with engineers from another company.

    Supporting consortium members in constructional – designing activities.

    Supporting in the system engineering branch of the project.

    Supervising the preparation of the detailed CAD model and FEM structural analyses.

     

    PIAST project:

    The constructor of the bus of an Earth observation nano-satellites, flying in a formation. The project is before the SRR phase.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Establishing the mechanical configuration of the satellite.

    Preparation of the project documentation according to the ECSS.

    Preparing CAD model of the preliminary design of spacecraft.

    Performing FEM analyses of the preliminary design.

    Supervising preparation of the detailed CAD model of the spacecraft and FEM mechanical analyses.

     

    Hyper NanoWeld project:

    The general consultant from the Creotech Instruments, supporting the team from other company in developing new methods of manufacturing composite materials, which can be used in the space industry. The project is currently in preparation for the PDR.

     

    Other projects:

    Lead mechanical engineer in other space programs, developed by the company.

    Performing FEM structural analyses of PCBs designed for ESA projects.

    Lead engineer responsible for the manufacturing of MLIs for flight satellites for an external company – all prepared components passed successfully mechanical tests and now they perform their function on launched satellites.

    Supporting the AIT team in performing mechanical tests on a shaker and in preparing test reports.

    Support in the other projects prepared in the company from the mechanical point of view.

    Light pneumatic launcher for small UAVs

    The constructor of the pneumatic launcher for UAVs with mass up to 15 kg. The launcher is currently in use in the company for flight tests of aircraft made in the company.

    Responsibilities:

    Design of the machine.

    Preparation of the 3D CAD model.

    Preparation of manufacturing and assembly drawings.

    Active participation in workshop activities during the building of the machine.

    Performing functional tests.

     

    Harnaś project:

    The designer of molds for composite structures of a prototype acrobatic aircraft. The project was implemented in cooperation with the Warsaw University of Technology.

    Responsibilities:

    Design of molds for structural parts of fuselage and empennage.

    Preparation of order procedures in a foreign company for a cabin fairing.

    Preparation of order procedures for normalized components.

     

    Prototype of the turbofan jet engine:

    The mechanical engineer in a prototype turbofan jet engine using the APU K-15 from the Iskra aircraft. The design of the fuel and oil installation, managing of order procedures, and technological consultancies. The project was implemented in cooperation with the Military University of Technology.

    Responsibilities:

    Design, manufacturing, and functional testing of the fuel and oil installation.

    Preparation of order procedures for components made of welded sheet metal, cooperation with technologists from other companies.

    10.2015– 03.2016

     

    AT-5 aircraft:

    Desing of the rudder control system in the AT-5 general aviation aircraft. installation (link to the visualisation).

    OCP twinJet project:

    The chief designer of the pneumatic launcher for jet UAVs about mass up to 80 kg. The project was implemented in cooperation with the Air Force Institute of Technology.

    Preparation of the complete design of the machine.
