I’m in the "Programmatic Office", my position is the Project Programming Control.
I collaborate in the control of the schedule of the on-board computer. And also in tracking AIs and RECDELs.
I also collaborate in the drafting of the Detailed Schedule Development document.
I monitor the RECDELs of the Ground Segment, Science, Operations and part of the Flight Segment. I coordinate the meetings of RECDELs of Ground Segment, and Weekly of Operations. I was also participating in the RECDELs meetings of Science and Flight Segment.
Preparation of the analysis report of the Operations and Science schedule within said analysis, a study of its critical path is carried out.
It also includes carrying out a general analysis of the schedule and also its report of changes, which comes with the schedule.
Follow-up of the Action Items of the programmatic meetings with Flight Segment.
I support the survey of the documentation involved in the Operations RECDELs.
I support the development of the Operations schedule.
SAOCOM MISSION 1A & 1B

In it, he was in the "Programmatic Office", he was responsible for the master schedule of the Mission of Satellites SAOCOM 1A (launched on Sunday, October 7th, 2018) and 1B (launched on Sunday, August 30th, 2020). And also it was it of other subsystems like “Structural & Mechanisms” and “RF Comm”.
My position was Project Scheduling Control. My function was to monitor the Master Schedule of the Mission, as well as the subsystems that I have mentioned, among others, and the “Dashboard” where the main milestones of the Mission were registered, this control was carried out with the interaction of those responsible and participants in each area. It warned of alerts about date shifts to the Segments or Subsystems involved to make an improvement and also proposed alternatives for improvement to those managers.
He also held meetings with the PPCs and the Mission's project manager, in which the results of the follow-up and the next steps were evaluated. It also proposed improvements to the working methods for PPCs.
The project manager also allowed me to take a Microsoft Project Training course for the PPCs of the SAOCOM Mission.
