Participated in GSTAR-III recovery, 1989; and G-II/G-IV transition, 1992.  Learned the C and C++ programming languages on my own (at a local community college), 1991-93. Developed software for maneuver evaluation, ephemeris plotting, end-of-life prediction, fuel optimization, automated telemetry gathering from TREND data to offline HP9000. Set up a fuel and maneuver database on a LAN using Excel format. Performed a special assignment in Beijing Sept.-Nov. 1994, supporting the ChinaSat contract.
