Management and Supervision

Responsible for standardization of policies and procedures spanning eight space operations centers exercising control over 1,300 personnel and $46B in assets.

Led initial operational inspections on new space systems, assed quality and functionality of equipment and manpower programs.

Led tactics flight; responsible for innovation in the application of space and ground based mission systems, procedures, and operations.

Conducted assessments of individual personnel and teams of personnel.

Interface between engineering personnel and management for program assessment.

Established and executed training program for 100 member spacecraft operations unit.

Directed mission operations, emergency procedures, operations center safety, and operations center security.

Operations

Authored a wide range of technical writing products including; operations manuals, technical orders, training manuals and products, and program assessments for upper management.

Performed troubleshooting of ground system data links and ensured connectivity to spacecraft operations center/global end users.

Performed real time troubleshooting of on orbit spacecraft mission system.

Conducted spacecraft operations including state of health, launch and early orbit, and maneuvers for constellations ranging from near earth to deep space.

Coordinated and scheduled spacecraft contacts for 24hr/day operations center.

Generated time, elevation, azimuth, ranging, and range rate (TEARR) reports form orbital element sets to determine site look angles.

Detected, tracked, and identified over 22,000 unique on orbit objects for space safety and situational awareness.

Operated missile warning, GPS, space weather, and space based space surveillance programs as well as the largest ground based space surveillance radar in the world.
