Earned an MBA in Management from Golden Gate University and a BBA from the University of North Texas. I am Lean certified and a member of the Institute for Supply Management. I was instrumental in achieving several ISO accreditations and continue to advance my skills, recently completing courses on topics such as Price/Cost Analysis.

Oversee administration, outreach, technical skills & training committees. Update by-laws to reflect market and member needs. Manage staff of 12.
Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne / Boeing Rocketdyne / Rockwell Int'l Rocketdyne. Currently a $500M aerospace and defense giant, recently sold to GenCorp. Leveraged supply chain expertise, executive relationships and extensive vendor network to maintain on-time delivery and satisfaction through three acquisitions.

Manager, Supply Chain Support Service, 2009 to 2010. Selected to lead enterprise-wide SAP implementation. Liaised among Supply Management, Production Ops and IT to deliver 18-month project on time and to budget.
Manager, Material - General Procurement & Site Support, 2005 to 2009. Promoted to aggregate supply chain operations acquisition by Pratt & Whitney. Redefined policies, procedures, RFPs, and statements of work, integrating staff and Best Practices. Managed multi-site staff of 31 and $200M budget, supporting six sites in four states.
Procurement Analyst, 2000 to 2005. Directed strategic planning and implementation of supplier management and procurement online portal at Boeing Rocketdyne, supporting 100+ suppliers and thousands of annual transactions. Improved quality while increasing cycle times 25%.
