Teleport planning and operations, including day by day management, engineering, logistics support for sales and marketing. Accountable to ensure time, availability and capacity KPIs. National leader of Ex-Omnes and EX-CapRock services integration. Responsible for lead team with 28 direct reports, for business Operations, acting as interface with major customers in the Oil and Gas Upstream industry. Coordinate Service Delivery and Service management in Operations. Promote periodic meetings with customers to get their perceptions and defining corrective action items in order to adjust the processes and reach expected results. Supply technical analysis, relationship with vendors, and strategic optimization of resources.
