  • Advised management on product marketing strategy. Setup and performed follow-up of consolidated P&L per product lines and geographic area. Conducted market surveys including competition/providers benchmarking, long-term sector forecasts.
  • Developed International sales support fora team of 10 senior account managers and a Europe/USA based distributors’ network.  Designed Sales tool and literature. Presented sales pitch to commercial teams.

 

CITCOM/France TELECOM MULTIMEDIA distance learning systems via video conferencing and Internet

Project manager 1995-1998    

 

  • Carried out project management missions for development and setup of teleworking centresin French isolated areas.  Worked closely with local authorities and branches of France Telecom to secure project funding. Coordinated on legal and technical issues, job creation with local small business entrepreneurs (call centres, data processing for tenders) and public partners.
  • Performed consulting studies to promote in-house distance learning systemsincluding, assessments of wants and needs, technical/budgetary feasibility study, real multiple sites experiments, recommendations to decision makers.
