Dear Human Resources Team

Currently, I am a EGSE Software Engineer participating in the design, development and creation of different Space projects.

On one hand, SCOE projects for ESA, such as Intermediate eXperimental Vehicle (IXV) and ExoMars; both oriented to the implementation of the test bench for the system navigation GNC, based on a real-time system that allows simulations for each mission. In both cases I participated in the design and development of the test bench in order to create all of the different scenarios and get the correct validation of GNC. It was implemented using Labview, Java and Matlab. I was in charge of the software architecture and implementation of the communication protocols and data acquisition (DAQ)

On the other hand, EGSE projects, for example IASI-Metop´s Key Instrument for ESA (developed by RUAG and CNES) or the Defense Project “RBS70 NG Stabilised Mirror Unit for SAAB. On these two projects I got more responsibilities, I managed the design and implementation of the embedded software for the units as well as the Qualification and Acceptance test procedure. It was used Java and matlab for the MMI and Test procedure, C for the embedded software, and CVI for some test bench components.

All these projects have provided me experience and knowledge on Ground System Support Equipment, and ESA Software/Communication Standards and protocols, such as ECSS-E-ST-40C (EDEN), ECSS-E-70-41A (PUS), HLP or SCOS 2000. Furthermore, I got experience on resolving hardware problems or MNC tests.

My work history has provided me with a variety of information system knowledge and practical skills; primarily in software engineering (Standards of ESA), validation and verification, test procedure, object-oriented programming, and GUI programming, as well as C implementation and development, and relational database management and architecture (SQL). I also have proficient skills with Software bug reporting and versioning systems, using CVS, SVN, Mantis, etc.

I consider myself to be a results-oriented, dependable, and capable worker; who is not easily affected by job stress, and has the ability to work in different contexts. Also, I work successfully with a diversity of personalities, customers, and end-users. Finally, I would like to point I am a well team worker as well as individual worker, and I enjoy new challenges such as my research project on multitracking objects.

Participation in the design, development and creation of the following Defense projects:

- RBS70 NG STABILISED MIRROR UNIT for SAAB - Defense and Security: Man-portableair-defense system (MANPADS) designed for anti-aircraft warfare. Participation in the development of Stabilization Mirror Unit (SMU). The Stabilized Mirror Unit (SMU) provided Guidance beam and image stabilization to the RBS 70 NG user.
