Research assistant in the Grupo de Radiocomunicaciones (GRC) associated to the Departamento de Ingeniería Audiovisual y Comunicaciones (DIAC) from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). A number of activities related to military, aerospace and wireless communication fields have been developed such as:

 

·         Design and implementation of S-Band and X-Band frequency synthesizers for calibration radar systems. The project has been supported by the Spanish Ministry of Defense (“Proyecto CALRADAR”).

·         Simulation and characterization of high-speed data transmission subsystem of the SEOSAR/PAZ Satellite. The project has been supported by the European Aeronautic Defense and Space Company EADS-CASA Espacio.

·         Design and implementation of broadband transmitters and receivers for carrying out signal propagation delay measurements by using channel sounding techniques in complex environments: rail tunnels, subway stations... These equipments have been developed under the framework of TECRAIL research project.

·         Simulation and development of microwave photonics devices: planar antennas, filters and switches.
