TELECOM ENGINEER

Professional Experience.

 

From 2009 to today : telecom specialist, French Air Force, Metz (57) and Evreux (27).

·     Satellite and wireless technician.

·     Maintenance and troubleshooting of ground station satellite equipment.

·     Preparation of satellite means for operational mission transmissions.

·     Management of material logistic (management and ground control troubleshooting).

·     Head of the establishment and development of the organization and monitoring of the Inmarsat/Iridium team during the restructuring of the unit to Evreux. Supervision of the relocation team and management of a 10 person staff.

 

 

Including : Various operational missions abroad:

·     12/13 to 02/14: Al Udeid (QATAR)

→ Maintenance of the operational conditions of satellite ground stations HD (Haut Débit/broadband) ,HDTac (Haut Débit Tactique/broadband tactical) and various Inmarsat terminals.

→Management and troubleshooting of data and voice equipment.

→ Assistance and support to users of IT resources.

→ Interface with U.S. logistical support to carry out various projects to improve the site. (Examples: connection to external energy rescued equipment, establishment of a definitive anti-heat structure).

→ Satellite station chief Syracuse III HDTac and Inmarsat.

→ Implementation of the interconnection of user networks.

→Maintenance of operational conditions of satellite ground stations.

→Responsible for operational training of young staff.

→ Logistic management during the site closing.

 

·     02/13 to 03/13 : Bengalore (INDE) and Lima (MALAISIE)

→ Implementation of telecommunications (Inmarsat terminal,French aerospace applications via local ISP, telephonics, printer) for the benefit of “Rafale” aircrafts employed by Dassault Systèmes during the air shows “AéroIndia” and “AirLima”.

→ Logistics and technical management with local civilian counterparts.

 

·     08/12 to 10/12 : Dushambé (TADJIKISTAN)

→ Satellite specialist on Syracuse II ground stations T (Terrestre/Terrestrial) and TL Valo (Tribande Valorisée).

→ Maintenance of operational conditions of telecommunication means.

→ Implementation of detachment sound systems.

·     10/11 to 12/11 : Dushambé (TADJIKISTAN)

→ Satellite spécialist of interconnection of network and service systems connecting users equipment ARISTOTE. (ARchitecture Indépendante des Supports de Transmission Optimisant le Transit d’Elongation/ Independent Architecture of Media Transmission Optimizing  the Transit Elongation).

→ Planning and implementation of the relocation of all means of telecommunications site while maintaining availability of services to users.
