 Deimos-2 is a high resolution satellite launched by Deimos space on the 19th June 2014. The main tasks I have worked for are the following:

*  Construction project of a 13m parabolic antenna, located in our research center

*  Installation and validation of the antenna equipment

*  Antenna Validation tests.

*  Ground Segment: (after launch)

*  Installation and validation of the antenna controller subsystem.

*  Installation and validation of the image processing chain subsystem

 I was working on the Galileo Project, for the ESA, more specifically on the Characterisation of Interference on the L, S and C bands. I worked together with EADS Astrium, with whom we kept a close relationship for cooperation. My role on this project was to develop an Interference Characterization Tool (ICT) that was used to find and identify interferences on the C and S bands.

·         Research in depth of  C (5Ghz) and S (2-4Ghz) bands

·         Developing the ICT tool to detect interferences in those bands.

·         Field work measuring these bands.

·         Measurement equipment calibration.

·         Analyzing data recorded from the field work.
