Senior Technical Advisor to NASA's Kennedy Space Center on US and Ukrainian rocket programs. Managed a 100 member engineering and analysis group. Member of NASA’s launch team with go/no-go authority for science mission ELV launches. Wide range of expert technical proficiency in system design, trade studies, requirements development, design certification, risk assessments, RF systems, failure analysis, mission management, systems integration and test, and technical due diligence. Authored NASA certification plans and requirements.

Successfully founded and managed an information technology business in 1993 growing to employ 28 people serving corporate customers throughout the US. Sold this business after 7 years. Gained invaluable experience in the demanding P/L environment of small business and team building.

Prior positions in avionics systems engineering for helicopter anti-submarine warfare systems, the Hubble Space Telescope, spacecraft integration and test, classified collection system design, and digital circuit design of nuclear medicine systems.
