Scientific Interest: short and long term predictions of the EOP are required for navigation, precise orbit determination and leap second announcements.
State of the Art: Current methods use deterministic processes such as Least Square Fitting and Autoregressive Filtering.

  •Testing of more advanced ANN such as the NARX (Nonlinear AutoRegressive with eXternal input);
