Orbital collision analyst  - Atos – technical assistance mission for the Orbit Computation Center (OCC) at CNES, Toulouse, France

•          Assessment and mitigation of orbital collisions risks (CAESAR service); principal author of OCC’s collision risks operational procedure.

•          Uncontrolled atmospheric reentry analysis, IADC reentry exercise.

•          Software development: JAVA, GUI (JAVA/Swing), multithreading, orbit extrapolation algorithms, radar observation processing, orbit determination (constrained least squares), automated orbit computation software for the French GRAVES catalog.

•          International collaborations mainly with JSpOC, US Air Force, and NASA: common process improvement, a posteriori case studies, definition of the exchange format and process for satellites ephemerides and radar observations used by CNES and the French Air Force with our American partners.

•          Expertise for the CAESAR team: orbit determination, IERS systems of reference, orbit extrapolation algorithms and force models, radar observation models (especially ionospheric propagation), applied mathematics

Bid to a request to tender issued by MOSS SAS regarding the space surveillance information system for COSMOS (French Air Force Space surveillance operational center). Atos was a sub-contractor of Airbus Defense&Space:
