     Assist planned and unplanned activities related with the maintenance and development of Satellite Ground Control Equipment.
     Interface with engineering team for the implementation of system upgrades to support major operations projects and major activities described in the Operational System.
     Interact with the ground stations maintenance teams and industry representatives to ensure optimized performance by the ground stations, including participating in the definition, specification, and implementation of any changes.
     Plan and co-ordinate for upgrades, repairs, and evolutions with the engineering teams.
     Organize the validation of upgrades, repairs, and evolutions with the Controller Teams.
     Definition and maintenance of ground station operations procedures and operations guides.
     Maintaining operational ground stations databases.
     Resolving Customer related cases for voice and packet services, which were also comprised of live testing.
     Investigation into anomalies, their documentation, classification and correction/mitigation, participate in associated Anomaly Review meetings.
