WORK EXPERIENCE

AIRBUS DEFENCE & SPACE ESPAÑA– SPACE SYSTEMS /                NOV 2014 - PRESENT

Production Project Leader: Responsible of the manufacturing, assembly and verification of space industry structures (satellites, launchers and telecom antennas). Production Project Leader of MTG INSTRUMENTS (FCI Instrument), METOP-ICI and Ariane 6 (IFS & LVA+). Programs already completed: Amazonas 5 Telecom Antennas and MultiSatellite Dispenser GRACE-FO.

Tasks:

Planning: generation of the Manufacturing Project Planning, defining manufacturing activities, long and short-term needs, procurement of materials, assembly tools & MGSE, monitoring activities and identification of critical areas. Participating to the overall Project Planning

Technical Support: providing engineering support to projects and general studies in the field of Manufacturing and AIV throughout all project phases.

Assembly Tools & MGSE: providing engineering support for the procurement, requirements definition, support of specifications preparation, identification of critical areas and follow up of manufacturing activities.

Procurement: providing engineering support for the materials procurement identification, establishing manufacturing quantities, needs dates, release of purchase requisitions.

Monitoring of Manufacturing Activities: engineering support during the manufacturing activities at the Workshop (planning monitoring, problems identification and report, coordination between areas).

Manufacturing Areas Coordination: engineering support for the preparation of manufacturing activities, assembly tools, design adaptation for manufacturing, assembly process (includ. Laser Tracker Alignment), manufacturing feasibility.

Manufacturing Documentation: Preparation of manufacturing documentation: MAIT plan including manufacturing flows, equipment and facilities requirements, logistics and material plan; User manuals.

AXFLOW /  OCT 2012 – JAN 2014

Contract Support Internship: Support to the technical department in the elaboration and preparation of the technical documentation for the on-going engineering projects (petrochemical, pharmaceutical, clean energies, etc.).
