Benchmarked digital factories, interviewed Dompé’s heads to map departments’ needs, clustered and prioritized projects, specified user requirements, evaluated suppliers, demonstrated with technical analyses invoiced installed assets satisfy the regulatory technical requirements for fiscal bonuses to be granted (1,8+ M€ secured so far);

Managed Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) adoption in Pharma, Biotech, Utilities and Facilities areas for Maintenance and Calibration activities to digitalize ordinary (scheduled) and extraordinary (unscheduled) maintenance work orders’ execution. Capitalized on maintenance team previous experience and created a digital database (history records) to pave the way for predictive (prescriptive) maintenance via Artificial Intelligence algorithms;

Contributed to equip an industrial reactor for recombinant protein (rhNGF®) production with a GMP CFR 21 Part 11 compliant control system to maximize bacterial fermentation via Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning) control algorithms. Contributed to:

Build and pre-process the experimental dataset (production lots) and used it to train and test the Neural Network;

Conducted a Feature Importance Analysis to identify which Control Process Parameters directly affected the total produced biomass;

Spanned the Design Space and found Control Process Parameters’ optimal value which maximized the total produced biomass;

Helped define an efficient architecture to allow data stream flow from the shopfloor (Level 0) to the SCADA (Level 2);

Supported a subcontractor in MATLAB vs SCADA integration through Mathworks ® Toolboxes allowing online process data analysis.

RF on PCB R&D Project Manager

Supported TAS-I Engineering department in prototyping a Ka-Band Beacon Transmitter for Deep Space Communications through Radiofrequency (RF) on Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Technology. Contributed to transfer onto PCB many of the high-frequency electrical functions so far available only by means of MHIC (Microwave Hermetic Integrated Circuit) “hybrid” technology, thus increasing:
